There are no refunds or returns on pre-planned gardens.
Pre-planned gardens are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase date.
Pre-planned gardens are available from March to October. I shop at local plant nurseries, and rely on their inventory. If I cannot find a plant I will substitute it for another with similar height and flower color.
